Even better is his follow-through in making sure your closing gets through the process. He takes the worry out of it, dots all “i's” and crosses all “t's”. We bought a beautiful ocean front home on Fripp Island and would not have acquired it without Eric's expertise and persistence. We live in Montana most of the year. Eric continues go to our Fripp Island home and does little things like inflating bicycle tires for our guests and checking to see if things look good as we rent it out weekly during the spring, summer, and fall. He recently got our two new Golf Carts registered on Fripp. Eric makes our life easier. He's not just a great realtor, he is a really good man and now has become a real friend.
It would be difficult to list all of Eric’s attributes.
They would almost sound too glowing. Boiling them down I come up with total TRUST for your property and personal concerns. Call me anytime to discuss this great guy. He knows taxation and is extremely helpful when it comes to insurance. He is there 24/7 when problems arise and knows how to calm you down when things don’t seem to go right. He knows the market and doesn’t waste your time or money.
If I were ever to purchase again in Beaufort, Eric would be the first I would calll.

In both cases, he exemplifies “above and beyond”. Prior to showings when we were out of town, Eric went to our home beforehand to turn on the lights, adjust the HVAC, turn on the sound system and do whatever was needed to make sure it showed at its best. He returned afterward to make sure all was secure. He also went beyond the usual when he helped us find our last purchase, again taking on many “out of the ordinary” tasks before and after the sale because we were out of town throughout the process. He is conscientious, quick to respond, on top of details and a person of the highest ethics and character. We will soon list another property for sale and wouldn’t consider anyone other than Eric as our listing agent.
